uwagimono - casual gi jacket

The uwagimono is a hybrid garment drawing from the structure of a jiu jitsu gi and the restraint of a casual kimono.

The outerwear is suitable for events, travel and everyday wear…serving as a subtle nod to the training culture.

The uwagimono is intended for training-adjacent wear and is not a training gi fashion novelty.

Design & Construction

The uwagimono features a structured silhouette informed by grappling uniforms, balanced with the relaxed drape of a casual jacket.
